Stocky migration guide

Move off Stocky with a bounded, ops-first plan.

This public guide helps Shopify merchants plan an install-first StockCalm rollout, export records before the Stocky shutdown date, and onboard operators around bounded inventory operations. Dashboard import is rollout-gated and should not be assumed available until enabled for a workspace.

Migration checklist

  • Export Stocky records you want to keep before Stocky becomes unavailable after August 31, 2026.
  • Install StockCalm through the same tracked install flow used across the landing page.
  • Validate the dashboard trust surface and action queue before asking operators to rely on it.

Scope boundaries

  • Do not frame StockCalm as a full Stocky, ERP, forecasting, or planning-suite replacement.
  • Do not claim native Stocky supplier export support; Shopify documents Stocky suppliers cannot be exported.
  • Do not promise automatic PO migration, incoming-inventory creation, or direct Shopify inventory writes.

Import assistant availability

The authenticated Stocky import assistant is rollout-gated. Until it is enabled for a workspace, use this guide for export planning, StockCalm installation, and operator onboarding; do not assume CSV or ZIP migration import is available in the dashboard.
